In deepest respect for the Lingit people, we are now labeling our ice creams that use indigenous plants with their Lingit names. We are grateful for the chance to use these ingredients in our ice creams and sorbets. We recognize the importance of these plants in Tlingit medicine and other cultural practices passed on for generations. And we commit to using sustainable harvest practices when we source indigenous ingredients.
